A Family Based Lacrosse Program

Founded in 2007 Arrow and Lightning  Lacrosse has provided foundational lacrosse training, leagues and travel teams to the Pittsburgh Area.  We focus on a fair price and quality instruction.  We work with athletes to ensure they continue to have a passion for the game and a lifelong love for the sport. We have never aspired to be a big program, but rather one that focuses on quality over quantity.  We work with the whole player and work to build resilience along with skills. Lacrosse is not about the money to us.  Our coaches have successful careers or are focusing on receiving college educations.  Our coaches are active in the community and are nurses, educators, engineers, in real estate, pharmacists and counselors.  We use our real world experience to help teach athletes not just how to excel on the field, but be resilient and successful in life.
