"Learn to Play" is designed for brand new and second-year players. This is a "Sticks Only" program that builds a strong foundation for future success. The camp will be June 24-27th, 2024 from 9-11 AM at North Catholic High School in Cranberry Twp.

The training focuses on developing stick skills and game IQ to create a better and stronger player. The add on cost of $120. When registering for league you will have the add on option.

Our History
Founded in 2007 Arrow Lacrosse has provided foundational lacrosse training, leagues and travel teams to the Pittsburgh Area. We focus on a fair price and quality instruction. We work with athletics to ensure they continue to have a passion for the game and a lifelong love for the sport.
Our Team
Our coaching team is some of the most experienced coaches and players the regions. Coach Jay and Andy have been involved in playing and coaching the game since the 1980's. We complement their experience with coaches that have played in college and have been coaching a shorter amount of time. Mentoring them also from the experiences of the past.
