Lightning Lacrosse Girls program options.

Come join our late fall League for High School girls. The league will be a 7v7 with four teams. Girls from the same high schools will be kept together.  As an example 5 players from HS A register and 6 from HS B.  We will combine them to make one team!  Lightning league is designed to provide valuable reps and playing time, a fun no-stress environment, and an opportunity to work on new skills and meet new girls. 

High School Girls League  

• When: Tuesday evening November 11th through December 16th (Six weeks)
• Where: Lakevue Athletic Club
• Who:   9th through 12th graders. 
• Cost: $150

At Lightning Lacrosse girls training we focus on IQ and stick skills.  We push girls to learn new skills and sharpen existing ones.  After training, you will be a more complete player for spring season!

• When:  Sunday evenings January 11th through February 22, 2026 (six weeks, Super Bowl Sunday we will be off)
• Where: Lakevue Athletic Club
• Who: Girls High School 7-9PM

Youth Girls 5:30-7PM

• Cost: $150.00 HS and $120 for Youth
• Registration will open early November 2025
